30,000 active participants of the British ‘Alternative’ counter culture collective have just experienced a very peculiar situation. Regularly for over ten years now, around the end of July, thousands of dedicated, caring, creative eco enthusiasts have been coming together to share and celebrate alternative lifestyle options as a way of expressing our democratic rights to be who we are. Unfortunately the last minute cancellation of this year’s BGG by elements within the local Mendip council and Police force, in cahoots with the central Govt. has shocked many reasonable peace loving people by unmasking the true nature of the rapidly encroaching fascist police state developing here in the UK..

One of the ways the Babylon System uses to control and manipulate the masses is by limiting their rights to congregate en mass, as it is an extremely frightening prospect for control freaks who absolutely loathe any type of threatening force that stands in the way of their various nefarious modus operandi. So you can see how scared they are of the largest bunch of hippy types getting together to do their own thing. They’ve been scared of the Alternative type of persons refusal to be taken in and milked by the System since the late sixties, and now that the world is in crises mode and the ideas generated from that revolutionary period are becoming more relevant, they are even more scared than ever. This attempt from the Establishment to thwart our alternative lifestyle options is another proof of how powerful ‘People’ can be in a unified type of state. The reason they are scared of events such as the BGG happening, is that the people coming together to celebrate and share their visions are clever, funny, well informed, creative, spiritual, motivated, and have an immense influential power potential in the synergistic amalgamation of their combined collective.

‘As above so below’ as the old saying goes. While all this underhand manipulation of UK’s grooviest peoples, favourite family week out of the year was being carried out with smug smiles from the masonic brotherhood, the stars and planets were lining up into rare configurations, indicating the seeds of revolutionary upheaval ready to rise again in full force for next year’s 2010 major summer Planetary Alignment. Things are stirring in the heavens and the micro cosmic reflections on Earth indicate a developing of radical energy shifts away from and in conflict with the ‘Old Order’ that is scared of it’s impending demise as the main force driving the direction of the Earth and human project.

As I sit beneath the lotus feet of the mighty tusked one on this fresh and sunny morning , I feel truely Blessed. His effulgent shimmering image glances compassionately on the new days’ endeavours,  bestowing divine blessings (Ashirvad) with His delicately raised right hand.

It’s taken a few days of inspirational research and reflection for the connotations and impact of the inaugural invocation to start sinking in. Last nights attempt to switch off, proved to be a useless endeavour, as I laid in bed for hours engulfed in an unending stream of animated ideas and visions. It started off by imagining a situation where I’m asking selected questions to my friends, while recording the interviews on my Zi6 Kodak HD camera, then editing and posting them up on to  ‘You tube’. The idea would be to inspire others to do similar multi/mini interview series in a kind of snow balling, positive chain reaction scenario, giving the maximum amount of people the opportunity to have a public voice/ persona to express themselves on what ever issues are important or relevent to themselves and a world spiralling headlong into crisis.

This free form, power to the people system of mass communication can move freely on the ‘Babylon By-Pass’, circumventing the monopolization and hegemony of the ‘Mainstream Corporate Media Industry’ to control information, thereby unleashing and stretching the attractively subversive concept of freedom of speech and the democratisation of personal creative expression to new dimensions.

The sublime beauty of this idea lies in It’s combination of simplicity, power and freedom. We stand poised on the cusp of an era of communication, unimaginable in it’s level of speed, sophistication and accessability. If we seize this opportune moment with proactive creative imagination, we can infuse cyberspace with an avalanche of positive vibrations. The idea is that by unleashing enough  creative potential from as many positive people as possible, we can collectively assist in raising various levels of awareness on the planet and shift the balance of power through critical mass. “The Power is shifting – The spirit is lifting”.

As soon as we get our new Mac 8 Core computer installed at Sangita Sounds HQ, along with a compatible 26/28inch LCD HD monitor, I will be out there capturing the voices, stories, Ideas and visions of friends, family, tribal cosmic Krishna clan members and anyone interesting I happen to bump into and just allow technological serendipity to unfold and perform It’s magical dance.
